P. Sutar

Founder & CEO

P. Sutar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TechAdyant Private Limited. He brings over two decades of experience in Military Logistics and Supply Chain Management, earned through distinguished service in the Indian Army's Ordnance Corps.

Following his military career, he has successfully led and delivered projects spanning infrastructure development, green energy, drone technology, future-technology applications in agriculture, and skills development programmes — building a strong body of civilian delivery credibility that today anchors TechAdyant's dual-use and consultancy practice.

At TechAdyant, he sets the company's overall strategy and direction, leads defence, partnerships, and offset engagements, and bears personal responsibility for programme governance and delivery discipline across every engagement the company undertakes.

Beyond TechAdyant, P. Sutar is also the Founder of VAyusetu Private Limited, and holds senior positions across several other organisations — including a leadership role at Greenaria Renewable Technologies Private Limited, Manager – Business Development at Groma Infrastructure Limited, and Associated Partner at Hexagon Technologies Private Limited.

Rajni Sharma

Founder & Director

Rajni Sharma is a Founder and Director of TechAdyant Private Limited. A multidisciplinary creator and strategic thinker, she brings a strong foundation in design, storytelling and digital innovation — and is responsible for shaping the company’s brand identity, user experience and communication strategy.

Her background spans writing, visual design and content creation. She has actively developed digital products, brand narratives and educational content — including long-form writing projects and creative-media initiatives — giving her a rare blend of creative imagination and operational structure.

At TechAdyant, she leads brand architecture and visual identity, user-centric design and experience, content strategy and communication, and the creative direction of our digital platforms — ensuring that complex technologies are presented with clarity, purpose and impact.
